Alison Sullivan Community Area Manager Wootton Bassett and Cricklade: I have recently returned to working within local government having spent the last 10 years working as a freelance management consultant, the credit crunch prompted me to trawl the local web site for creative developmental work within local government and the CAM post looked inviting, I got the job and am delighted and excited to be working in Wootton Bassett and Cricklade as the link between the community and the new Area Board. I am responsible for strengthening communities by working together in partnership with Police, Fire and Rescue, Health service and local government. I support local communities using my knowledge and experience- to link people with particular issues relating to their local community.
