At last nights’ Area Board, we heard from Laurie Bell about the plans to bring the Olympic flame through Wiltshire, we have been asked to nominate people to carry this flame through our community and here is the link to the website to nominate the representatives of our community;-
Also, we were invited to volunteer ourselves to get involved, dress the route, develop projects on the route and ensure people are on the route to do our own “Wiltshire wave” .

Details about the route will be publicised once known, but we are really hoping the Royal Wootton Bassett will feature, perhaps, so will other parts of our community?
